Herci Health Education & Research Council of India with its central office in Ghaziabad delhi NCR was established under section 8 of companies act and approved by Ministry of corporate affairs of India and incorporated under The Legislation of Government of India with an aim to minimize shortfall in trained and qualified paramedics.
